Treatment Plan: A plan that sets out how you will be supported and treated while you are on a CTO. This plan should be developed in consultation with you and your treatment team and clearly outline everyone’s individual responsibilities. It follows the requirements of the Mental Health Act. You and your care coordinator are responsible for putting this plan into practice.
