Recovery in Art

Recovery in Art is an exhibition hosted by Being. The aim of the exhibition is to engage the community, and promote the skills and abilities of artists with a lived experience of mental health issues. The exhibition is a celebration of both the artistic expression of mental health consumers, as well as the positive role art has played in many people’s mental health recovery.

The Recovery in Art exhibition has been running for five successful years and each exhibition is bigger than the last. Over the years, Being has showcased hundreds of artworks from mental health consumers across NSW.
