Rethinking Mental Health Conference is an exploration of new innovations and practices in mental health, suicide prevention, and drug and alcohol. Hosted by CESPHN, RMH3.0 is also a platform for service providers to connect, as well as learn more about the ongoing mental health reforms.

Dr. Peri O’Shea will be making a guest appearance on a panel to talk about the benefit stepped Care approach to mental health and suicide prevention, has on the community. Joining Peri on the panel is; Maria Cassaniti of the Transcultural Mental Health Center, Tony Merritt, a clinical psychologist from Sydney Clinical Psychology and Mariam Faraj from CESPHN.

RMH3.0 is on the 21st of October, Rydges Centre Central in Surry Hills. Time: 8:30 – 4:30.

The conference will also cover various topics; such as LGBTI inclusivity, consumer employment, Arabic mindfulness intervention, and the introduction of Stepped Care for adults in general practice, from many well known speakers and presenters.
